Longleaf Pine is our specialty!!

Our Pine Flooring is manufactured from Longleaf Pine Timber. The logs are hand selected to produce top quality flooring, paneling, moulding and siding. We saw the logs into lumber using a Cook's Accutrac Sawmill, a Go Fast Resaw and a Miner Edger. We then send it to our dry kiln. Here the lumber takes two to three weeks to dry to 7% moisture content. Next, the lumber is milled with a Logosol Planer/Moulder. Our flooring is center matched, tongue & groove, with a relief cut in the back.

The thickness of our flooring is 3/4".

Widths are 3.25", 5.25", 7.25" and 9.25".

Lengths are random 3' to 16'.

You can make a special request on length.

Flooring that is cut as it comes off the log with no special preference in the cut is what we call mill run. This has solid knots and is a D and better grade. We charge by the square foot of coverage. Contact us for pricing.

Special cuts such as quarter sawn, rift sawn and flat sawn are available. Any specific request such as one of the cuts mentioned above, specific lengths or if it is clear cost more. Contact us for pricing.

Before orders are made, we prefer to talk with our customers. You can send us an e-mail or give us a call. We can send samples. We only ask for the cost of shipping. If you decide to purchase our flooring, the cost of the samples will be deducted.

Keep in mind, we are a custom/specialty type operation. We do not keep flooring in stock. It is cut, dried and milled when it is ordered. It takes about three to four weeks to get an order out.
